The Building

Originally built in 1890, this sturdy Milwaukee Bungalow was extensively renovated over an eight month period in 2014. All existing mechanicals (plumbing, electrical and heating) were replaced with new energy efficient systems. The hardwood floors were refinished to bring back the character of a classic Bungalow, and new hardwood was added to compliment the patina of the existing flooring.

The entire exterior envelope of the building was insulated using the latest Spray Foam Technology, giving the home a tight seal against the elements, making the interior space free from dust and allergens, and providing unparalleled soundproofing from exterior noise.

Contemporary elements were added to the exterior giving this Riverwest home the perfect balance of modern mixed with the heritage of a classic Milwaukee Bungalow.
