The Historic Third Ward

The Historic Third Ward is one block south of downtown Milwaukee and is know as Milwaukee’s Arts and Fashion District. It offers the city’s most dynamic array of restaurants, unique shopping and diverse businesses, all in a historic warehouse setting.

This revitalized mixed-use neighborhood is home to over 500 businesses employing more than 6,00 people and offers more than 1,500 residences. The Third Ward neighborhood is anchored by many high-end shops, award-winning restaurants, art galleries, theatre groups, photographers, advertising agencies, and graphic artists.
