Historic Irwin Elementary School was originally built in 1924, constructed of heavy masonry with red brick, stone trim and exterior walls boasting about one-foot of thickness. The proposed development would renovate the existing historic school into 8 for sale luxury condos with attached garages and patios. The vacant parking lot will be developed into 12 for-sale townhomes. In addition, the site will maintain the green space facing Superior St. as an amenity to the neighborhood and our residents.
